@GTR1000 @Technically_Buff_oldman_ markets going crazy the past few weeks. Yet no one, NO ONE , will even look at these shitty oil cos. Scale and size are fine but institutional memory is more powerful. Traders, big hedge funds, banks have all been burned by reckless oil CEOs and disastrous bankruptcies for 25 years. the worst S&P sector of all time. $KOS, $REI, $GTE, $WTI are symptomatic of the root cause- lousy C-suites that are more than happy to shaft investors given half a chance. All these shitcos should have gone Ch. 11 in 2020 itself. Yes, they are that bad.

$GTE just curious, whatever happened with all of that exploration and discoveries they made??? One would have thought there would have been a fantastic release by now, counting how many more BOE they have flowing … balloons, streamers, maybe a very small firework show,??? !!!! But no, nope, nothing , everyone here should stop being delusional about this company, they are in capable of getting the oil to market . It’s that simple . I’m not sure that they even want to, I think they just like seeing it on their books , and on their glossy brochure .

$GTE been a couple years since I posted the realities of this company so here it is again. 1. Little growth or falling growth since 2018 2. Civil unrest in Columbia 3. Poor environment, flooding & landslides 4. Poor equipment, execution - history wells being down from pump failures 5. Low oil quality/ high transport costs, fluctuates between $12-18 charge/bl 6. Management- took debt free company and made it debt full without production gains. Borrowed $$$ at high interest while buying back shares. ??? Wth??With??? 7. I'm sure there is more, but can't think of anything right now. Essentially, the ONLY reason I invest in gte, is because sp is low, so any + news can bump the price quickly, so long as they steer clear of bk. Threat of bk is always real for a company like this. This company is pretty bad.

Guidry – did R/S on $GTE holders, stock still dead, worst place to drill- Colombia Gatto – loaded massive debt, dumped CPE onto unsuspecting $APA dodos Mckinney – paycheck playa, ex-Sandridge, no gray matter up there, made $REI a zombie Krohn – dumb deckhand, lies nonstop about JVs, $WTI always the worst performer Inglis – ran $KOS before/after Covid, nothing to see, no divvy, dead stock, huge debt TELL’s Souki was a chef when he lucked out at Cheniere only to trash TELL and steal noobs money. Sandridge, SDRL, Ultra, CHK bankrupted 2-3 times each. Vertex shit show run by Ben Coward, truck driver with a CDL. Oilers run by uneducated bums that got lucky with high crude prices. 1-trick ponies all of them. Who attracts top talent? AI, fintech, EV, biotech, innovators- future leaders. O&G attracts bottom barrel junk that clogs up the economy and markets.

@Redexit07 yup, I religiously stayed away from $GTE for just that reason- Canadian shmucks drilling in Colombia with a commie in charge in 2022. Petro promptly tried to extort everyone , already GTE pays huge royalties plus transport, land costs, taxes, etc. $KOS has similar issues in Guyana and M&S. Its mgmt. team was very promising back in mid-2020. I was excited about GTA Phase 1 but first Covid, then BP FID kept delaying the project forever it seems. KOS used t o have a N Sea presence not sure if they still do.
