$EXK the money all comes from the same place. The mill failure cost them ~ $50m in FCF so far, and further delays mean that number will rise. They will not provide updates which is maddening.

$EXK Silver is only 0.35% down, Global X silver miners 0,47 down so how explain this EXK down 0,60 with Terronera project on going ? Does Cryptos (Bitcoin and others ) are taking a lot of liquidity ? Does Bitcoin becoming the safe and secure investment compare to gold ?

$EXK we knew the Guancevi mill failure cost them significant cash flow. It became a question of whether metals prices would be high enough to avoid dilution to finish Terronera. They couldn’t quite make it. Disappointing.

$EXK it means it’s diluting shares by 15 million Currently 246 mil So around 5% However the funds spent improve projects and enhance output. Should appreciate after quick sell off With terronera coming on soon it’s a good chance to scoop more shares

$EXK Endeavour Silver Announces $73M bought deal financing Endeavour Silver is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets, pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to buy on a bought-deal basis 15,825,000 common shares of the company at a price of $4.60 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $73M. The principal objectives for use of the net proceeds of the offering are for general working capital and the advancement of the Pitarrilla Project. The offering is expected to close on or about November 27, and is subject to Endeavour receiving all necessary regulatory approvals and the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.

@nate44u $EXK and $FFMG. Both are miners and the only stocks I have for past 4 months. Up 60% on one though no change on the other.
