$BURBY Damn my post from 5 weeks ago is still right there. The deadest board I've ever seen Ok I think this is deep value, but I'm not sold on the mgmt and not high conviction enough to sell another stock so I started a small position with cash (of £BRBY not the ADR) I don't like: - CEO selling a material amount of shares in Jan - the likelihood of the coming ER being bad. At best it will be mediocre But expectations are rock bottom and this seems like one of the most obvious M&A set-ups in history, if not a simple value buy. But life is never that easy High fixed costs and single brand/cyclical risk mean I won't ever make this a large position. I think it is a buy though. P/e as of today is 10.5
