$ALLIF it's has become clear. That the Atlantic is under a hostile takeover campaign. The buying company has 30% of outstanding shares and is buying 3% more every 6 months. The buying company is also targeting large position holders... to buy beyond the 3%/6mo cap. Thru direct deals. ----- What I believe you should expect. The above conditions to continue. Eventually leading to a 51% ownership.. forcing a sale at a greatly lower price per share. If they wish to take Atlantic private... I do believe this is the case. ------- If this hostile takeover was not happening, I would have bought in (again). As I no longer see Atlantic Making me the returns I want.... because of the lack of funding and permitting... (neither take this long to accomplish. Unless something behind the curtain is happening.) For this, I do not see this ventures SP going up as a public company.

$AREC need to add $ALLIF to your watchlist and $PLL I believe we will be refining on site for Atlantic in Ghana at Ewoyaa. Atlantic just posted a Proactive video BTW. $PLL will be taking 50% back to Tennessee for refinement . The other 50% is not yet designated.

$ALLIF "Not sure if this has been posted yet, but just listened to the LTR conference call and the CEO spoke of the revised spod pricing expectations from Wood Mackenzie that has essentially triggered the withdrawal of the debt offering by LTR bankers. Bottom line, Wood Mac forecast a short to medium term spod price (through to FY27) of US$950/t. If that price forecast is realised there will be blood on the street for all lithium companies. That surely is unsustainable as it is premised on oversupply from African spod and Chinese lepidolite. It seems that when the players get this pessimistic we are close to the bottom!!"

$ALLIF $7.8 million for 24.3 million shares would be 32 us cent per share. Well above current value, more in line with early December prices, though also well below their rejected takeover offer. Seems they value the stock more than the market, even with the poor near term spodumene spot price (though still well above all in costs). Need the missing permits and financing, not sure what's taking so long.

$ALLIF absolute trash tier low-ball offer. Financing gap is tiny compared to some other companies at this point. So they don't even have much leverage ("take the offer or we dump our shares") as financing should be possible regardless of share price. There is permitting pending, but I'd imagine with the cutthroat terms on the license there would be massive political pressure to get those done. Lithium price might dip further of course, but that would even be hedgeable.

$ALLIF thoughts on the buyout offer? I think it could be good short term but the broader lithium narrative has to change and actual supply constraints demonstrated in order for any of these juniors to enjoy revaluation by the market
