$RH just wait ‘til they report earnings this week. The numbers will probably be less than stellar. The conference call will ramble on and on,with Gary saying all of his usual delusional things. Then the stock will spike hard, as it often does, perhaps even irrationally to $320 or higher. It can fall just as hard thereafter. It’s a dangerous stock, thinly traded and easily manipulated, and also shorted and played with options. Beware.

$RH ridiculous thinly traded stock verges on fraudulent action. That pop to 305 was a screaming short, although we all know how they can manipulate this higher. Nevertheless, eventually it comes back down to earth. 280 would be more than enough for this delusional company until it puts up a few good quarters.

Retail stocks soaring today ahead of earnings in the coming days... Retail sector etf $XRT up 3% on strong volume, but Nordstrom +3%, $RH +3% and even Macy's +1.7%. Short covering, or do they know something about upcoming earnings? Hard to tell. Note the strong MACD buy signal on 4/24/24 - that date keeps coming up in multiple charts as a buy signal. $SPY $M

@Ykante1997 You probably asked that question ’cos of the performance today. $RH can be $260 or $320 next week and it won’t surprise me, but the way it traded today means nothing imo I sort of expected it to trade this way today after watching it early on. I went into 0DTE puts and made money, then went into 0DTE calls. I would have made money there too but Fidelity liquidated my calls at 25 cents around 3:52pm. I was about to sell for 95 cents 3/4 mins later only to find out they were sold on my behalf by Fidelity

@Ykante1997 It’s still possible $RH sees the $320s. I have no position currently and I doubt if I’ll take a position other than a day trade, as I am in too many things at the moment AND retail earnings starting soon Here a few things that’ll determine that - interest rate (PPI/CPI and others) - How market receives retail earnings - short covering on $RH and peers like $WSM

That hasn’t changed but $RH may see the $320s by this time next week after PPI/CPI, subject to some of the reasons I gave when I identified a tactical bullish trade just a week ago. $RH up over $40+ since
