$LUMN Let’s all cheer for the excellent meeting yesterday!! They finally realized that when LUMN ELT speaks (especially the CFO), the stock price goes down. We should all be relieved that they are capable of learning and adapting, and price stability is our reward for their brief, barebones meeting. Hopefully Kate stays on point at her next speaking engagement, now that the CFO has finally been benched.

The following shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $1.00 per share (the “Common Stock”), are available for issuance under the 2024 Plan: (a) 43,000,000 shares of Common Stock (the “New Shares”) and (b) any shares of Common Stock that were subject to outstanding awards under the Company’s Second Amended and Restated 2018 Equity Incentive Plan (the “2018 Plan”) as of the Effective Date, which shares will be available for future grants under the 2024 Plan to the extent that, on or after the Effective Date, such awards are cancelled, forfeited, or expire (whether in full or in part) prior to exercise or realization. Upon shareholder approval of the 2024 Plan on the Effective Date, no new awards may be granted under the 2018 Plan.

$LUMN @ TMV1 Kate is an ICE PRINCESS. She PLAYS an amazing "empathy game" for what seems to be EVERYONE except her "SHAREHOLDERS." The more things move along, the more it appears she wants to be the "ONLY" shareholder, or one of a SELECT FEW in the end. She's "nervous in public" from what I have garnered at least at "THE CEO SPOT" at Lumen when "hearing her." Next week will be the first time that I know of where she CONFRONTS an analyst or group "ALL BY HER LONESOME." That will be interesting, and we will be watching and/or "LISTENING" closely. You really are a long term shareholder out of Centurylink, aren't you, TMV! Keep up the good work of objective, hard questioning, and probing while at the same time protecting "equity owner" interests!
