$TELL I think the odds of bankruptcy are de minimus at this point. Upstream sale is happening, without any doubt. The sale price and timing are the only unknowns. In any case, we will soon be paying off all or most of the toxic debt. With the debt gone, that should open the door to SPAs, EPs and ultimately, FID. Or if they screw the pooch, we sell the entire company. I cannot imagine a scenario where we get less than $2 per share in a sale.
