$RITM Why is this stock so undervalued, even with the big run up? What am I missing here?

$RITM dividend growth stock, still well within trend. I’ve liked this one for quite some time now.

$COOP we had a nice run after the acquisitions and service transfers. Now check out their neighbor (Texas Office literally down the street from each other) $RITM I have a feeling this will follow as they are following the same path in terms of acquiring additional loans. 😎

$RITM Seems no one is talking about this but they just acquired Computershare adding 149b UPB, that's going to be a lot of additional income from interest rates alone.

$RITM We broke the 1 year high, now we need to go get the 3 year high at $11.81. If $11.81 breaks we will be looking at the gaps from March of 2020 with $12.10 being the most realistic. $11.54 was hard resistance, so look for it as support now. We have a channel we have been stuck in for the last year or so, I will post chart to show you what I see. We are approaching top of channel.....if we break out of channel we could easily fill that $12.10. If it rejects the channel, we could see a pull back to within middle to lower channel, maybe $11-$11.14 area, but I don't really expect that low. Things are turning around, we are 2/3 of the way thru this quarter. We will be getting another dividend announced in a few weeks, which I really expect them to raise .05 to .30. Should be a fun summer here I think. Best of luck and just my opinion.

$RITM Not a lot of selling at that resistance........I think everyone knows that every dip is a chance to add.

$RITM $11.54 breaks we got a chance to fill the gap to $12.02. Careful of the 11.54 though, that is a firm resistance, but then again.....when rate cuts start, we moon bound either way!

$RITM How many of you old timers are still buying at these levels? I've got an average just over $9 and don't check this board too much since I don't really want to average up. Great situation to be in with my largest position.👏

$RITM I imagine RITM will spin off a MREIT in the form of an IPO before long. I think the IPO will be sold as well as equity given to current RITM shareholders. Maybe something along the lines of 49% of new shares given to current RITM shareholders, and remaining 51%, RITM will own. This makes everyone happy. RITM would basically be replacing Fortress as the new IPO's manager and parent company. I smell a NewRez IPO before this time next year. RITM will probably no longer be a MREIT as much as a fund manager...but they will still own a majority of the new MREIT spinoff. NRZ was built in the same manner, in what...6-7 years they went from a new company to $16 a share and $2+ a year dividend. I see no reason the new IPO will not do the same. You think about it, we will not only own RITM shares, but NewRez shares....and I think NewRez would achieve the same thing the old NRZ did, just as quickly or quicker. RITM will still make money off NewRez, but no dividends. NewRez will be divy.

$RITM also no way to get around the divy increase or special dividend… they played the game last year by reporting 5 dividend payments to the irs…..

$RITM only the way this stock price goes up is with divy increase… lesson learned!

Steady share price increase expected for $RITM driven by increased book value and earnings , but not due to dividend increase (certainly not in the short term). From the ER on Tuesday: “Earnings outperformed our dividend and hopefully, we'll continue to do that quarter after quarter. The calculation, for us, is if we can deploy capital at a 12%, 13%, 14%, 20% return, use 15% on average. If we could deploy capital at 15% rate of return versus a dividend yield of 9% or something around that, everything we do from an investment standpoint is going to be highly accretive versus giving money back. So, that's how we think about it.”

$RITM So, bottom line.......how does another $150 Billion in UPB effect us on MSR's? I am glad this SLS deal is done.......now on to the next buy. You know they are always making deals! Starting to look like we may never get a rate cut this year, lol.....but we still making money!
