$RBT As I see it, if today's news was so devastating, this stock would be trading in the teens and zero shares to short. AKA Full economic blood bath. Order flow- 20k in and 60k out, all small orders, so I remain optimistic or go insane, drive down to Key Biscayne hunt for Enrich. Relax, I'm only kidding!! I'm simply borderline optimistic.

$RBT 5% of revenue is worth $94M, so in theory, the other 95% of revenue is worth $1.78B

$RBT Sorry, Stocktwits has May 15th ER date. Nasdaq website states Earnings announcement* for RBT May 27, 2024 I'll text Enrich to confirm ER date or I'll just drive to his condo in Key Biscayne.

$RBT Interesting, someone borrowed 500k shares to short and returned them. Hoping for blood after news dropped. Price dropped 14% but somewhat stabilized. Enrich strategically executed this maneuver a week prior to earnings, so I believe earnings might be good. Probably wants to make the announcement to twist the knife. If it goes private, Enrich ( The name omits any shareholders lol) must buy out the remaining shares but at what price? Current market or back in March? What happens to the institutional holders? Like Palantir? Assume they get bought out like the rest of the cattle or get specials offerings. And, yes, what a steal!!! Hate this shit. Its a undervalued stock with consecutive ER beats and reduced debt ETC. Someone comes in to fuk this all up. I have no other choice but to hold until the end. Good luck!! We'll need it.

$RBT Wow, this board does not know what they own. A company currently valued at ~$18 million just sold a non-core business unit (software for city fleets) for $94 million to extend its runway to grow its core business (marketplace between haulers and corporates for waste management). Could they have gotten more for it? Maybe. Is it a no brainer to make this move as the best avenue to raise funds, YES!

$RBT " Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. served as the exclusive financial advisor to Rubicon during this transaction." Somebody please see how Cantor is invested into Rodina.

$RBT The fleet technology unit is no longer a part of Rubicon. It's been taken PRIVATE. Is anyone here understanding that??

$RBT "Rubicon’s fleet technology unit is a fast-growing SaaS technology business that powers essential heavy-duty fleet operations in more than 100 cities, including the cities of Houston, Phoenix, Miami, Atlanta, and Kansas City. Six of the top ten cities by population use the RUBICONSmartCity product to improve the safety and effectiveness of core municipal operations and save taxpayer dollars.
The fleet technology business unit will now operate as a private software company under a new name, which will be announced soon.
“We are thrilled to begin operating as an independent software company,” said Conor Riffle, Senior Vice President of Smart Cities at Rubicon. “This transaction allows us to focus all of our energy on our rapid growth, our incredible customer base, and our innovations at the cutting edge of technology for the waste and recycling, snow removal, and street sweeping markets. $RBT Wow...they just screwed all the shareholders of RBT. The company is going private and only a "shell" company is left remaining. SMH. Look, Rodina just stole the company for $94 M
