$MAXN the Maxeon 7 is the most efficient and durable solar panel in the entire industry, confirmed by third parties, and rolling out globally in Q3. This extends their lead on competition by achieving 24% efficiency, while the rest of the industry cannot beat 22%.
Having the best product + being able to be more competitive on price since they are cutting out the middle man (Sunpower) should lead to pretty strong demand in H2 and beyond.
They just need to replace the distribution that Sunpower brought. Could take time. But the best products always find a way to sell.

$MAXN @ChessGM there's only 3 pending TOPCon infringement law suits against Canadian Solar ($7.6 billion 2023 revenue), Hanwha ($9.8 billion 2023 revenue), REC Solar (revenue not available). TCL is going to bear the financial burden of protecting MAXNs patents and will share the settlement rewards in the future according to their license agreement.

$MAXN first time RSI have gone above 50 since February. Currently has p/s of 0.0971, short interest of 38% and earnings coming up in less than two weeks. This could quite easily double and even triple in price within a month if earnings / guidance are in anyway decent.

$MAXN All in here. Around $120 million market cap. That's an absolute joke. Sure they have problems, and we need confirmation on what is happening but if they can get this this manufacturing plant together (and even if they cant), this is worth at least 5x what it is today.
