$LFLY Agree we've been had. But the company does have value. It still does $36 million a year in sales. Unfortunately, it's run by imbeciles who don't have clue 1 about corporate and fiduciary responsibility and should be changed out in the next election. The company has sales in spite of them, not because of them. Re buyout, is there a poison pill in the bylaws?
