$FF sub 5 target range arrived. Just my opinion- meme season seems to have started. This may drift further down as interest goes for the gamblers. Earnings to be honest not amazing. Revenue decline again. With Summer coming up, it may get quiet here. Current Mcap c 225m of which c110m cash. Revenue not the best but long term there is value. Dividend (c6%) as a reason is not much.. can this go back to 7s (40%+ capital appreciation)? Not in short term (if they didnt do special divi then yes). Sub 4.5 and this will truly be a bargain. Bio energy is still very speculative ATM. Still holding out but will join soon - let it settle down after traders leave. On a plus point - the low volume shows there is no sell off. And there is still that (albeit small) buy back program. I am now waiting for sub 4.5.

$FF FF's Enterprise Value currently is about $140 million proforma the payment of the special dividend in April 2024. Adj. EBITDA will be about $50 million this year. So EV-to-adj. EBITDA is only 3 times!!! Therefore, FF currently is dirt-cheap no matter how you slice it, while also paying a safe regular quarterly dividend.

$FF Proforma the payment of the special dividend in April 2024, FF has ZERO debt and about $100 million in cash. With $58 million in revenue in Q1 2024, there is no question that Revenue in 2024 will exceed $300 million for another year in a row. So its current Enterprise Value of $140 million is MUCH LESS than 1 times its 2024 Revenue. In other words, FF currently is dirt-cheap.

$FF Im still holding out for sub 5, or at least until the next ER. The last showed that Revenue declined, but good cost management. I would like to see improvement in their revenue. None the less.. really like this company and how its managed, it will be a good nestegg to build, but still no position. Soon
