$AHI I'm still curious why they executed a 1:4 reverse split of their Class A shares late last year. If they knew they were heavily in debt but had significant multinational contracts lined up, why sacrifice their own Class A shares instead of selling off?

$AHI I really thought they would make it but its too late now. They made such efforts to get on the nasdaq not that long ago just to lose it now. They will not meet nasdaq requirements by Monday and will get a notice of delisting.

$AHI Article comes out yesterday which is somewhat optimistic but doesn't account that it's called Advanced Human Intelligence as of 2022. $AHI My new "guess". They will voluntarily delist from the asx (thats what is being organized right now I think) and switch completely over to the the nasdaq (just like bonx did and many more before them)

$AHI If I read the news release on March 12 correct, the extention to nasdaq compliance was to May 6. If they dont comply by then they will be delisted from the nasdaq. They of course would have to come out of suspention with the asx to make that happen. If these guys want to stay on the nasdaq they have to start trading on the asx before May 6.

$AHI yah, their investor news feed went offline a couple days ago. Now their entire web site is down. They have met the conditions that they said they needed to in order to trade again, but there seems to be something else they need to comply with to the asx to trade again, but we are in the dark about it. I think it is asx fees.

$AHI am done trying to get any straight answers from these guys. They just keep saying the hold-up is with the asx and not them. So I have went to the asx with my questions. We will see what they have to say. And strange how the news feed part of ahi investors page is now offline.

$AHI Maybe the don't want to start trading now because of personal loans taken against the stock. Banks would then call them which would pressure to sell at a great loss. IDK

$AHI first they voluntary suspend themselves for about a month. Then when that time is up, they dont lodge finacials. This make gets them involuntary suspended for another 1.5 months. Now they have satisfied the lodging and the news they can trade again, but oh wait, their company news feed goes offline to delay further. Anyone get the feeling that they dont want to be back up trading.

$AHI wow, looking back over the past few years of announcments. These guys halt their own stock and voluntary suspend it all the time. Is this a common asx thing or is it just this company? They also have a history of not lodging finacials on time and falling into forced suspension.

$AHI No lodging, no surprise. I am not a gme invester, but like many others I watch the action after the saga. It is actually very interesting right now. The massive put option with $10 strike. The price has been driven down to it with a huge build-up of fail to delivers (of the likes not seen for a long time) Max pain at something like 12.50ish. I bet that strikes 10 and bounces hard.
