$AGBA Can anyone tell me more about the warrants 1 During the lockup can they be exercised ? 2 I'm hearing about an $ 11. +or- exercise price for some other stocks warrants is that the case with AGBA ? 3 What is a good resource to learn about warrants especially AGBAW
I've made it to my goal of 500 shares and am trying to decide if it might be better to get some warrants instead of shares

$AGBA If they are smart they would announce the completion of the merger tomorrow morning. This would allow the stock price to run up till at least Wednesday with a slight pull back on Thursday and Friday ending the week in the 20’s (don’t sell). With Memorial Day weekend following it would allow higher institutions/hedgefunds/investors to catch news over the 3day weekend and run this up the following week. Done properly they'd get CEO of AGBA, CEO of Triller and Conor Mcgregor to interview on Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg Finance etc. the following weeks of memorial day, then ladies and gentlemen we go to the moon. AGBA can gloat about the other opportunities it offers besides Triller, Triller can gloat about what it offers besides BKFC, and Mcgregor can gloat about BKFC. After week three of the announcement we will be at all time high, then the stock may go sideways before next Q2 earnings call, release of Triller new version, TIKTOK ban final outcome. Fingers crossed they do this right.

$AGBA If DJT that is basically a Mastodon server with 100,000 monthly cult users and declining has market cap of 7B. Compare that to a 30 year old financial company with revenue merging with Triller with 350,000,000 monthly users and growing, BKFC and all the other entities it owns. How is this not worth at least 7B if not 5x to 10x that ? That would bring us more in line with what tik tok valuation of 100B is. Company so under valued compared to what other much inferior companies are currently valued at. So even at $10 after merger the share price has a long way up to go to have a true valuation comparable to market cap of other inferior companies.

$AGBA super bullish around could rocket to 40..remember bare bones at merger this stock is worth book 10..add the industry multiple and it rises to 40-70 given the pillars of biz this company will command prob closer to 80.hang on for a ride of your life.

They just didn't get it Bytedance ( Chinese communist company) is a real spy threats to US not that US wants to ban freedoom of speech so break it up or ban period. Either direction this goes, Triller and other US companies will take their market share

$AGBA Anyone wanting facts and official company statements start with official links below. Valuation $10.80 a share pre merger and $ 12.75 a share post merger. 95% shares locked up post merger for 165 days these agba shares trading now 18M but insiders just bought over 6M will be only shares (5%) trading post merger for 6 months. Most people bought in at $ 1.25 or less you will not see that again so under $3 great, under $5 good under $10 ok. If it squeezes could go $10 to $40 or even $100 but $10 should be floor post merger, and shorts will attack and try bring down. This company at war for last 18 months with shorts. Educate yourself before investing with facts and official info.

$AGBA I'm hoping we don't go down too far next week and we get some good news for a much needed push. I saw this type of move before when I first started trading w/ $AMC. The shorts will push us down all week then let it run up on Friday so they can do it again the following week (rinse and repeat). All I can say is if you got paid, load up we got a fight next week.
