$XPOF as long as no rug pulls when it comes to legal action (which I think unlikely) then I think we are setting ourselves up for another nice opportunity into earnings. True multi baggers don’t just go straight up 400% in one year until their valuation makes sense….the grind higher over years and stay cheap while getting outsized returns. That’s what I’m wishing for here…but ofc there always has to be SOME caution when there are allegations of regulatory action on the way. Always just a little nervous when price is weak with that in mind. Always have to wonder if someone knows something 🤔

$XPOF with the Olympics coming up it would be cool to see XPOF do an Olympics promotion with all its brands, CycleBar doing cycling, Rowhouse with rowing, Rumble with boxing etc. I think it could really drive new member growth.

$GL track records for panda research basically no effect at all after one month or two, except some companies have their own problems like not making money at all. All of the companies are up and running right now. $DCGO $5 to $3, later high $4, 20240124 $XPOF $25 to $14, later high $24, 20230627 $LCID 20230129 no effect after 1 month

$GL Here is the trick, their last report with a youtube video was 9 months ago on $XPOF, if they do this everyday, nobody will believe them, but if they do this once a year, different set of people will be scared to death and believe them by their writing.

$GL Nothing for sure, they also shorted $XPOF last year, but the company is still there, case by case. If it's really a fraud, they should go to the police instead of stock market. All I want to say is 50/50 chance.

$XPOF I’m no chart expert, but that looks like a pretty nice cup and handle formation on the 1 year chart. Also we’ve come full circle and broken through the 6/27/23 low which has to mean something.

$XPOF alright done listening. Some other interesting points:
Last TAM assessment by a third party said 8000 stores in North America. They will be getting the updated results back and disclosing them in Q1 earnings most likely now that they have Lindora. This bump in TAM should get analysts rerating their projections in the out years (2026 and beyond)
Said he believes average AUV will be 700k by 2026…reading between the lines here means the acquisitions they must feel confident in finding will be on the larger side. I don’t think you say that if u expect to pick up smaller AUV brands esp when u expect to aquire so many (1 a year). They commented on CycleBarre having issues. first time I’ve heard them specifically address it. CB is the #1 culprit in the short reports and hit pieces. Hearing them address it as struggling and looking for ways to help it actually makes me feel a little better…vs denying it completely. It’s pretty clear there is no contagion to other brands…

$XPOF listening to BoA conference now. Interesting comment already from CFO about the goal of acquiring one brand a year. Seems like a pretty confident statement given they “only” have 10 brands. That would mean 15 by 2029 as base case. Don’t think u say that without feeling like pipeline is robust. Pairs well with comments Geisler made on a podcast saying he would have 13-14 brands by now if company wasn’t public and it was just up to him. This means these guys feel there is tremendous opportunity scaling other modalities
