$VYNT If anyone thinks that voting YES to sell assets will get shareholders anything - you are mistaken. Debtors and employees will get paid off, nothing will be left for shareholders. "The transaction calls for payments from AxoSim to Vyant Bio of $2.25 million, of which $1.1 million will be paid at close and the remainder based on milestones and the expiration of the indemnification period and release from escrow pursuant to the transaction agreement." $2.25 milion will get shareholders nothing. Shares are already worthless - Two more cents per share isn't going to help. Shares are WORTHLESS NOW. Selling the assets only helps VYNT managment. Shareholders already lost everything because VYANT couldn't do their jobs. They should go down with the ship like their shareholders did. EPIC FAIL.
