@biiktor @Auphiliate Come on, man. Anyone who invested LONG in Sorrento deserved to lose their money. Or $VAPO. COVID company, you had to time your entry and exit precisely. I was in Sorrento for a minute, but exited with a little research. Ji was obviously overpromising, you didn't have to be a rocket scientist to figure that one out

$UCAR Here's a recent example of a stock I've followed closely that got delisted (from AMEX vs NASDAQ).
$VAPO got the notice on the 14th they would be delisted effectively immediately and then traded on the OTCQX the next day on the 15th. Wince going to the OTC - it is slightly up but generally been relatively flat.

If one expands that chart out - the biggest difference is in the trade vol which went down dramatically. This was a legit company that got a huge COVID boost but didn't sustain it and then had investors sell out. Never appeared to have a monster short position nor was it driven straight down (like $UCAR). They've had sev large cost cutting measures but still struggling to regain momentum after investors piled in on COVID inflated revs.
But, as can be seen, since going to the OTC-it continued to trade normally-just much less vol.
It was a known entity going in that it wasn't going to meet compliance.

$VAPO have to wait and see where guidance ends up and rhe effects of their cost cutting measures.
Going to OTCQB will save them $100-200K in cash but they need more to break even. The whole respiratory market has been hammered since Covid sales ended. All of these stocks have been shorted into the ground regardless of their fundamentals or future potential.
Next 6 months will be critical but this probably drops another 30-50% before it rebounds especially with tax loss selling season coming up. Will watch it closely. They still have a huge cash flow gap to close. Can't get ahead when SG&A is almost the same as your revs.

$VAPO if the company gets to EBITDA breakeven as they predict and cash flow positive by the middle of 2024, there should be a massive spike in the stock price. I don’t think the listing on the OTC changes that potential. The company seems grossly undervalued based on revenue and gross margin!
