$TRNX Scott funded Peter's bad investment in Tarus, which merged with Portage PRTG. Look at the ticker. It went from over $10 to .22 cents. Peter Molloy also IPO'd another shroom ticker, which was sold for .04 cents. Unless the fatso liquidates prior to this dip, or around $5-$6. Where is the $25 mil or $8 mil he diluted? Imagine calling your friend, whom you scammed, and offering another investing idea. He will never stop. Anyone who is friends with Scott is another scumbag playing the same games for years (mentally ill).Shame on you!

$TRNX Mofo still needs to address the $1.2 million assets transfer to trnf illegally, the missing cash, and how BBHC is going to liquidate. Who is taking over this? $TRNX $TRNFQ We should take legal action against Scott Mahoney personally, as well as the former Board of Directors, including Tyler Wilson. The former Board failed to hold Scott accountable and allowed him to manipulate public relations and continue spreading lies. It was not within his role to control all news and PR, overriding the Investor Relations and Board of Directors. While being aware of his actions, they failed to take any action to stop him, such as terminating his employment.
All of the deceptive promotions and communication were a result of his calculated lies. The question remains, what are our rights to hold this individual accountable? If the SEC investigation does not result in sufficient restitution for investors, we must be prepared to take further legal action. This will not be the end of the road. Im coming after these mofo. Lost 4 years plus $$.
