$PERI Reminds me of $TEUM back in the day when I was new at this, lost a tonne of money because I ignored the warning signs. Made a tonne of money here when i listened to the warning signs and not my heart. Shelf offerings never used, hit articles, CEO sailing into the sunset at the top..it's all there. Hope i'm wrong for the longs and it recovers, would advise anyone else to stay well clear for now.

@TCLutz @ontheflop their all acting like they married this stock. We were in when it was .15 before RS. Now it's almost there again. This is going to be another $TEUM or just RS endlessly. The latter is more probable since they used to be a trucking company and now sell peroxide as a hermetic cure all while PRing about the family jewels lol. I'm pretty sure after the family jewels get kicked in they will start selling airplane parts with a Super AI Program worth 1BILLION DOLLARS *pinky to corner of mouth* in the works once they get their 20 billion line of credit from Silver Wolf Capital.
You literally can only trade this stock, there is no investing. These posts are delicious to bookmark and find the accounts have been silent for years due to losing all their money in here. Like we GAF you said bye to us publicly ROTFLMAO. The warning was for people with half a brain and can do a bit of DD instead of following the shepherd in wolfs clothing.

$SWAG 0% chance it hits estimate, also 0% chance it breaks $2.00 like PizzaBoy believes. By the time 3/27 rolls around this will be back at 1.00 by the look of it, no way it goes 100 or more % from there. Also so much for the "pre-ER update" like whatever his name said would happen... @Alexsunder @Gio198323 @Tamidor I feel for you guys who are over-leveraged. It seems you all have never been a part of a stock that shits the bed. I’ve been there and it sucks. Never full life savings but thousands of dollars, which at the time, was a lot for me (looking at you $teum). You can always make it back though and learn never to go all in on spec plays. You only ever hear about the ppl who chose right and got lucky. Not the millions of ppl who chose wrong and lost.

$TEUM For those who received a settlement, since the firm isn't giving guidance on how to classify the settlement, how are you filing your taxes? Anyone get guidance from a CPA? I'm under the belief that it can be considered capital gains, offset by any other capital losses you have last year (or carried forward from previous years). Major reason is that this is directly related to the capital loss associated with this claim. It's not punitive damages/"pain and suffering" related, which would be ordinary income... Anyone have other thoughts/reasons or guidance directly from the law firm?

@JP1016 All a reverse split will accomplish is a higher price but fewer shares, but whether its 150M shares all worthless or 10M shares all worthless. The shares are worthless.
