About ORBIT INTERNATIONAL INC

Orbit International Corp. engages in the design, manufacture, and sale of electronic components and subsystems, and commercial and custom power units for prime contractors, government procurement agencies, and research and development laboratories worldwide. The company operates in two segments, Electronics Group and Power Group. The Electronics Group segment designs, manufactures, and sells customized electronic components and subsystems. This segment offers remote control units, intercommunication panels, displays, keyboards, keypads and pointing devices, operator control trays, and command display units, as well as provides LCD display modules design and enhancement services. The Power Group segment designs and manufactures commercial power units, AC power, frequency converters, uninterruptible power supplies, armament systems, and commercial-off-the-shelf power solutions, as well as inverters. The company was formerly known as Orbit Instrument Corp. and changed its name to Orbit International Corp. in July 1991. Orbit International Corp. was founded in 1957 and is based in Hauppauge, New York.

Mitchell Binder, President and CEO of Orbit International Corp. commented, "The completion of our audit for the year ended December 31, 2022, was delayed as additional time was needed by the Company to complete the purchase price allocation of the net assets acquired and corresponding ending inventory of our recently acquired SPS subsidiary. As a result, our financial statement audit and the filing of our 2022 Annual Report with the OTC Market was also delayed. On May 16, 2023, our stock was moved from the OTC Pink Market to the OTC Expert Market, an illiquid market. $ORBT Orbit International reports bookings for January in excess of $1.5M Orbit International announced that its Electronics Group reported bookings for the month of January 2024 in excess of $1,500,000. Deliveries for the January 2024 orders have already commenced and are expected to continue through the first quarter of 2026. In addition, the OEG also reported that it received a more than $1.6 million order in February 2024 from a large defense contractor. The order is for a product used on a significant aircraft program for the U.S. Navy. Deliveries for this award will commence in the fourth quarter of 2024 and continue through the third quarter of 2025.
