$GAN So with the earnings loss, is this less likely to get the buyout now? Will will it become a sure thing or is it totally contingent? I havent checked for several months, but last i heard Sega was doing it and it was supposed to go through this Summer, but not it's not until 2025?

$GAN Will management at the very least put out a statement that we are on track for Sega Sammy to buy us out? WTF is going on. 35% premium is very nice. All that tells me now is SS might not go through with it since we voted for it. I said might now since there has to be doubt for this high of premium. This can close as early as 11/2024, 8 months away. Come on management say something.

$GAN Selling pressure continues. This is not acting like a stock that is 8-11 months from a buyout for about a 35% premium and that is NOT calculated on an annual basis which of course would be higher. I wish $GAN would have put in the contract a much bigger cancellation fee. 6 million is just way too little. I am still holding and adding but if it goes below $1.40 then I will have to think about selling some, not all. Maybe the dip today was because the broader market took a bath.

$GAN This is now a 36.8% premium from $1.44. WTF is going on? The buyout date is anywhere from 11/24 to 2/25. If this drops below $1.40 I will start worrying. I would think Sega Sammy would be picking up shares on the open market at this price. That would dry up the outstanding shares for sale out in the market. My thoughts are we should be back to $1.50+ by next week sometime. ALL THE ABOVE IS MY OPINION. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE. FULL DISCLOSURE......I am long and usually add more each day as I did today.
