$BBRW My favorite part of the new PR is, "Together, we have laid a solid foundation for success, and I am genuinely excited about the boundless opportunities that lie ahead." LIE AHEAD! Oh and all that stockholder money they sent overseas to mad fin brewing, guess that wasn't a good idea. But you know, it's just stockholder money and probably a way to wash investor cash and get it back to them clean in my opinion.

$BBRW In an 8/15/23 PR Jef stated "We have decreased our need for investment funding in the 3rd quarter, and we are focused on eliminating all of the convertible notes on our balance sheet by 12/31/2023.” The 9/30/23 10Q showed a decrease of over $200K this is the first time I've seen Jef tell the truth I don't expect the toxic debt 2b zero but if the 12/31/24 10K show's the toxic debt below $500K I will believe he is sincere. I might be wrong but it's my $ people should understand the OTC Mkt is full of scams using toxic debt where you see death spiral's, r/s, toxic shorting...etc. $bbrw is no different my bet is things might be changing.

@LostalotBBRWBRBL o/s increase 200M now the MC is $280K @ $.0001 $BBRW PPS is already discounted to at least $.001 or an o/s of 10B which would be a MC of $1M IMO the 10K will show a significant drop in toxic debt. A 200K share conversion is only $20K in toxic debt conversion so the toxic could be anything we will know when the 10K is released in April As I said before except them to file SEC FORM 12b-25 first then the 10K. I understand your position and up to now actually agree however I think things might be changing we shall see in a couple of weeks If not I guess I'll "eat my words" NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING

@LostalotBBRWBRBL yep I also believe they used r/s & toxic conversion to get cash having the SH pay by pumping so the toxics could convert at one point he did try to get the $BBRW PPS up he said it was to increase SH value but as it turned out it was to do a stock offering so yes he was & maybe still is a crook as crazy as it sounds I think he will try to get the PPS up again and I really don’t care what the reason is just as long as I ride it at least part of the way up that’s the way I’m looking at it. I never lost money on the stock. I made money. I bought it after the 1/3000 r/s and I sold it, somewhere on its way to 2 cents so I am not as better as some people, but I get your point

$BBRW you do realize when the bid is zero it really is not zero. It’s just that these retail firms will not post the real bid . There are sites that you can find the real bid if the bid is .00009 it will show zero. but the retail firms LH will not let you buy it below three zeros at least not the ones I’ve seen.

$BBRW might file SEC FORM 12b-25 NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING this is routine for them if they do file this around 4/3/24 then expect 10K around 4/10/24

@JohnnyBristol I'm waiting for the 12/31/24 10K I believe Jef has reduced the toxic debt below $500K if so IMO that should give $BBRW some life at least to yearly highs I have to believe since reducing the debt last quarter the same will happen.
